White lady

I don’t want to turn my blog into a political manifesto – far from it! – but what is occurring in Spain, and this includes Barcelona, at the moment can not be ignored.

This Sunday we have local and regional elections, but with the current political and economical climate in Spain being what it is, people have decided that enough is enough, and have taken the the streets to voice their discontent and demand changes.

“The bank always wins”

My opinion is irrelevant, so I am just going to show you some images I took yesterday evening while at a gathering at Plaça Catalunya, and wish you all a peaceful weekend!

(I apologise in advance for the poor quality of some of the photos – I’m not great at night shots or capturing moving people!)
