Eye spy…

Remember Easter as a child? Hunting for eggs, painting them in all sorts of colours? Breakfast tables decorated with flowers, eggs and chicks and bunnies? These days Easter is not a holiday I celebrate in any meaningful way, other than to relish having a few days off, but I have fond memories of the way we celebrated it when I was a child. Trawling around my photo archives recently, I came across a few images that brought me right back to those days in a flash, so it seems a good idea to share them with you here, today.

Taken in March 2010, they show the shop window of Escribà (their shop on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes 546) which was decorated for Easter. And I love it! If you’re in Barcelona, check out what they have done for this shop window this year, for no doubt it will be interesting. And if you’re not, check out the Escribà website. It’s cute!

Happy Easter everyone! Enjoy the long weekend, and see you here, on Tuesday!

Here they are…
