Dancing – Montjuïc

Friday is here! What are your weekend plans? Will you be going dancing (the sardana, for example) like these people on Montjuïc? Or do you plan to be lazing around, like this elegant giraffe on Rambla de Catalunya?

Maybe, you’ll be out playing ball somewhere…

… which would be nice, especially if the sun’s out.

Thinking… – Rambla de Catalunya

Perhaps thinking or meditating is more your thing? Or going for a walk, and standing proud, observing the wonderful place you live in? Whatever your weekend plans may be, I wish you a great time! See you here, on Monday!

All these statues are amazing! I especially love the one of the giraffe and the bull, but that’s probably because I love animals so much. I wish that Phoenix had more sculptures like these. Time to visit Barcelona I guess!

I’m glad you like them! My favourite is the giraffe – I find her so languorous and seductive! Too bad you don’t have any statues like these in Phoenix, but you probably have other things that we don’t? In any case, it’s always a good idea to visit Barcelona – the weather is mostly good all year round, and in the Winter months there are fewer tourists, so that makes it easier to get your sight-seeing done in a more comfortable way…
