Carrer Pietà

Happy Wednesday! This week is flying past, isn’t it? Mid-week already, and Christmas is inching closer every day… For today I have a selection of window bars for you, which I hope you will enjoy…

Ronda de Sant Pau

Above, two examples of very simple bars in varying patterns, and below, a much more fanciful one with shell-like elements, curlicues and spikes.

Heftier and stronger bars can be found on these two examples (above and below) which have minimal, but rather lovely, decorative elements.

Carrer de la Cera

My favourites are these two (above and below). One for the wrought iron forks at the end of the bars (cute aren’t they?), and the other for the beautiful green palm fronds in front of it, which create such a delightful contrast. I hope you liked these window bars! Tomorrow, I’ll be back with more Barcelona loveliness. Fins demà!
